Sales 101(Click here) T-Mobile USA will launch all new stores and remodel key stores throughout the United States using the Global Design model developed in Germany. The design was tested in the US and tweaked for the US customer. The goal of the global design is to take advantage of economies of scale, quickly respond to changing market conditions, and provide a consistent customer experience across the world! This course is 4 hours in length and includes two 15-minute breaks. The session provides Sales Associates and Store Leaderships with an overview of the changes they can expect in the new store design. Participants will learn how sales skills and behaviors will need to be applied differently based on the new environment. A Leadership Discussion is provided for store leaders to prepare for changes to the floor coach (Retail) or sales coach (Branded) role.
Sales 101 is a very interactive class room training were reps can learn and practice foundational selling skills. Sales reps will learn techniques such as greeting, qualifying, closing, and handling objections. During December Sales 101 classes will also have an emphasis on how to appoach business to business sales as a retailer. This training is 5 hours long with multiple breaks. Drinks will be provided, but food is not. Dress is business casual.
